From the data interpretation unit
In this unit we learned how to collect, analyse, and manage the data that was given to us.
We learned the different ways we could collect data as well as the questions to ask. As
well as gathering the data, we had deeper insight into Excel. Excel is an application
that gives a table to begin with and gives you the freedom to arrange or group different
types of data into that one table. Using Excel, we learned different ways to analyse the
data as well as manage it.
How can we use this information?
When we got these data, we realized how our classmates and other students live,
whether they make wise choices about their diet, and whether they get enough
sleep. Those that do not get enough sleep, can not perform as well a person who
got 6 or more hours of sleep per night. Also we can encourage our classmates to
have a healthier diet, and they should try to get as much sleep that they can get.
